What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly small-to-mid-sized e-commerce brands — often teams without a full-time copywriter, but with plenty on their plates.
I’ve worked with clothing, skincare, furniture, and trade businesses, all selling online in different ways.
If you run an online store and want your content to feel more consistent, thoughtful, and easy to manage, we’ll likely work well together.
Do you offer one-off projects or ongoing support?
Both!
Some clients bring me in for a one-off job, like writing an About page or refreshing a batch of their product descriptions. Others set up a retainer so I can help manage their blog, update content regularly, or support bigger campaigns across the year.

Do you offer SEO copywriting?
Yep absolutely, my focus is always on writing helpful, human content that supports both your customer journey and your SEO goals.
As much as I'd love to, unfortunately, I can’t promise magic rankings, but I do stay up to date with current best practices for e-commerce stores.
How do you price your copywriting services?
It depends on the type of work, the scope, and how you’d like to work together.
For ongoing clients, I offer hourly retainers or monthly blog packages. For set projects (like writing 30 product descriptions or a full website refresh), I’ll give you a fixed quote.

How will I receive my content?
Most of the time, I will deliver your content via Google Docs — unless I’m uploading directly into your Shopify or CMS as part of our agreement.
You’ll get everything clearly organised, with any notes or questions flagged for your review.
If we’re working together regularly, we’ll agree on a shared folder or workflow that makes things easy on both sides.
What if I’m not based in Auckland?
That’s no problem at all — plenty of my clients aren’t!
I work remotely, and we can stay in touch via email, video calls, or Slack.
Do you offer free trials?
I don’t offer free trials, but I’m always happy to start with a small paid project (like one blog post or a set of product descriptions) if you’d like to test the waters first.
It’s a good way to see how we work together before committing to anything long-term.
How does it work if I want to set up a retainer with you?
Once we’ve had a chat and agreed on the type of support you need, I’ll send through a proposal outlining the scope, hours, rate, and billing cycle.
You can choose the setup that suits you best — weekly, monthly, or flexible based on your calendar.
